Just My Book On CDs?

In a word no.

My audio CDs have more details and lessons that were in my 1st book Tennis: Play the Mental Game.

However, my new book Play Zen-Sational Tennis, which you get with the CDs, have many more lessons

than on the CDs

 

 

As I have always said, this way of playing is an ongoing process and as I become aware of "new ways" or "deeper ways" to play the mental game I pass them on to you and in my new book you get everything to date.

 

Ever Heard Of EFT?

 

The other information that you get with the CDs and in my new book is the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) that I customized for tennis. I have heard about EFT for a few years but it was being used for non sports issues. Then I found a person who was using it for sports with a section on using it for tennis. I purchased the e-book for $40 to see what it was all about and found it lacking so I wrote my own “scripts” just for tennis. These you get free with the CDs but they are not on the CDs.

I also ran across another person who had some EFT techniques for tennis (and some other sports) and it cost $197. I went ahead and purchased it because I figured if they were charging this much it must be really good. It turned out that it encompasses a lot more than just the EFT techniques for tennis. I also felt the scripts on tennis was still missing some important parts but in general was pretty good. Just not as good as my scripts. At least according to my way of thinking.

 

You Get Them Free.

 

The 9 EFT scripts that you get with the CDs can be used very effectively with a little study and you get them free without spending the $197.

Whether you buy the CDs now is up to you. I want to help you play your very best and by giving you these extra tools, it will speed up your improvement. I also believe that by learning about EFT it may just help you in other areas of your life.
