The other information that you get with the CDs is the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) that I customized for tennis. I have heard about EFT for a few years but it was being used for non sports issues. Then I found a person who was using it for sports with a section on using it for tennis. I purchased the e-book for $40 to see what it was all about and found it lacking so I wrote my own "scripts" just for tennis. These you get free with the CDs but they are not on the CDs.

I also felt the scripts on tennis was still missing some important parts but in general was pretty good. Just not as good as my scripts. At least according to my way of thinking.
